For i see this being one of the most important aspects and social missions of socialism: letting the youth free themselves from the societal chains of the capitalist family.
To build the Socialist Youth Organisations trans-nationally, internationally, have collective, practical, self-selected and learning programs for higher age levels (14-18+) that concentrate on [I]colliding[/I] thinking and manual work to enter the "professional" world without the pressure of having to "choose" a career and study path, but having practice and acquaintance with many different ones.
Introduction to [I]Work[/I] and thereby self-expression within a truly socialist/communist economy of workers participation in the social role of production; should be an important part of youth process to adulthood.
