Perhaps you could send a private message instructing me how to contact him?

Hi Ismail, Nearly all the material I have from the Party of Labor of Albania is in storage. You may wish to contact Frank Arango (he has replied to some of my recent posts on organization on my blog) as he has been involved in a project to scan and post to the internet some material from that period. -- Ben

Do you, per chance, have any Albania or Hoxha-related works laying around somewhere? There are websites that would be interested in putting them up.

Hi Ismail, Yes, I was in the MLP and used to consider Enver Hoxha to be an outstanding proletarian leader. The MLP broke from the influence of the Party of Labor of Albania in the early 1980's as their problems with nationalism became more clear to us (the PLA was calling Khomeini the leader of the Iranian revolution at a time when he was preparing to arrest and execute the real revolutionaries) and also as we better understood the problems with nationalism in what was called the Internation Marxist-Leninist Communist Movement. Since then my views have developed. I believe the problems go deeper than nationalism and are inseparable from wrong views of the nature of democracy when society is ruled by the working class. The working class, as a class, must rule. This means that the democratic rights of speech and organization must be fundamental--because without these rights, the working class will be unable to "fire" a party which has become incompetent, hypocritical or corrupt.

Out of curiosity, what do you think of the work of Enver Hoxha? If I recall correctly you used to be a MLPUSA cadre, and I've communicated via email with Joseph Green in the past.

Hi there ColonelCossack, All of my websites are more or less frozen at this time. My time is limited and the movement demands it for the tasks which are most urgent. My main web site (index of my work) is
(but that has not been updated in a long time). My current work is here on my RevLeft blog

I want to thank you for your recent contributions to a blog post on the banning of a member. In the process, I have found your work, I am enjoying it and sharing with new leftists.

Moralising Criticism and Critical Morality, 1847

    Second, by Le Garcon Dupont.

Political Statement
I fight, to forge and to bring to the attention of the international working class the principles of information war (as a struggle of ideas organized on a mass scale) – so that our class may use these principles of extreme power as weapons to build an open community of activists centered around a living, self-correcting, politically transparent, militant and absolutely fearless disciplined mass organization based on the unshakeable foundation of mass democracy with the determination and ability to shoulder the immense responsibilities of the U.S. proletariat for the elimination from this planet of the political and economic system of imperialism and the liberatation of humankind from the class rule of the bourgeoisie under which imperialism and imperialist war are inevitable.

Open Network of Revolutionary Activists -- July 22 mtg - aggregated fragmentary notes

by Ben Seattle on 25th July 2012 at 04:50
Note for all readers (by Ben): I have given up on this RevLeft blog because the format is too
restricted. I am putting together some ideas for a better blog (or system of interlocking blogs) that
will use Wordpress. I am only posting these notes here because that is my agreement with the other
comrades in our discussion group: the rotating secretary (ie: in this case, me) must post
somewhere public within 24 hours (which means I am late).

We need the bitter truth (reply to new BOC thread about the attacks of the ISO)

We need the bitter truth

This is my reply to the new BOC thread about the attacks
on the movement by the ISO --Ben

Hi Blue Bossa Nova,

I know that you and the other BOC comrades have worked your hearts
out to create a stronger analysis of why the ISO has attacked both
your group and the entire militant section of the Occupy movement.

Having said that, I need to tell you, frankly,

To hell with the reformist ideology and influence!

We need an organization, and a goal, that are real

by Ben Seattle on 12th March 2012 at 11:00
Hi folks,

I will soon be posting this response to Frank on the BOC
"Longview" thread. I am going to postpone doing that for
a few days because Mamos posted to the thread last night,
asking readers to contribute their thoughts. It seems
appropriate to wait for a short while to allow readers to
digest his comments and hopefully contribute something
of their own experience concerning forms of organization.

In the meantime,
