Yeah I should have realized that someone most likely figured it out... but my point is, even if you make redtube.net or .org, you will not have a reputable site. How many times have you heard a website on the radio, seen it written on a wall, or had someone tell you about it, and go to it, while inadvertently typing in the wrong domain name? and when someone accidentally types in redtube.com and sees milfhunters instead of antifa vids, that person may or may not be turned off the site. I remember hearing ideas like revtube and such, and personally i think that a site not affiliated with some shitty porno site will have much more reputability.

I just noticed this now, and I think it's a great idea! I fully support this, and in case a couple of more videos are added, I will make it "official" and add it to the Revleft navigation bar.
BTW: Maybe somebody already brought this up, but "Redtube" is also the name of a porno youtube, so you might consider renaming this, although I principally like the name.

We've been holding a Radical Film Night in our area for a while now, and I've been thinking of putting together an online collection of different (especially anarchist) films for a while now. I have a number of films that I can put up online, but my only problem is avoiding copyright issues, and I've already upset one film director...
Anyone have any ideas?

I was thinking, it's unlikely due to financial reasons that we'd ever host the videos on our own server, but for soze sort of individuality we could have the videos uploaded to say www.stage6.com and have an external site indexing them
in a similar manner to say www.joox.net, 66stage.com divxlive.com etc
