Here's a link to the Anarchist Archives to Regeneracion c. 1910s by Magon: http://dwardmac.pitzer.edu/anarchist...n/works/regen/

Here's a link to the main Magon page, on the Anarchist Archive: http://dwardmac.pitzer.edu/anarchist...rks/index.html

Here's just the Wikipedia page on the Mexican Anarchist Federation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexican...ist_Federation

Also the Wikipedia page on the CIPO-RFM:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popular...lores_Magón%22

These should all help you get a start on Mexican Anarchism. There are some other things, like books I could suggest but A) They're in total Spanish, and I don't know how good your Spanish is, so it might be hard. And B) I've only ever seen them in Mexican bookshops, so I don't even know if you could get them here in the US.

Ah thanks. I think I can better answer my own question now then I could way back when I wrote it, but I lack the motivation.
Though I did mean communism - post dotp post capitalism, with no state/government/classes and thus no politics and thus no classes nor democracy.

"The exploited are not carriers of any positive project, be it even the classless society (which all too closely resembles the productive set up). Capital is their only community. They can only escape by destroying everything that makes them exploited...Capitalism has not created the conditions of its overcoming in communism-the famous bourgeoisie forging the arms of its own extinction-but of a world of horrors." -At Daggers Drawn

"Our strategy is therefore the following: to establish and maintain a series of centers of desertion, or poles of secession, of rallying points. For runaways. For those who leave. A series of places where we can escape from the influence of a civilization that is headed for the abyss." -Tiqqun, Call
