Well the SPGB predate left communism. They are from a split in the second international called impossibilism. They're basically the lame cousins of DeLeonism, which is much better.

Just thought I'd tell you that left communism isn't opposed to Lenin, they're just opposed to Lenin's ideas being put into practice today(theory of "decadence"). But yeah, Manic's attitude towards Lenin is pretty childish. He's part of a sect called the SPGB(which only has a few hundred people) that was formed in 1904. They hate the Bolsheviks and the revolution.. they're small, but noisy. Lenin was far from perfect, but to completely dismiss him is pretty dumb unless you're an anarchist.
