So I talked to my professor and this is what she suggested. First off, the best thing to do is find labor historians at universities and apply there. You'll want to mention them in your personal statement and some of their work that you have read and how your studies have brought you to labor history. She also said most labor scholars focus on US History so you may want to specialize in that as an undergrad. She said it is more about finding an advisor who studied labor and working class studies/history and trying to be paired up with them. She did say UC Santa Barbara has a working class graduate program, as well as UI Chicago and I believe UI Champagne. If you are interested in UW Madison she recommended Terry Michels and William Jones as good advisors. I think I will be taking a top level course with Will Jones next semester, so I can let you know how that goes.

And lastly I am fairly certain you do know what I was reffering to and while it may have been taken out of context, the fact that it even crossed your mind is a perfect example of the pettiness that I am reffering to. But alas, I'm not going to get worked up over someone on the internet who has a negative opinion of me, I just don't see why you refuse to respond to my posts and instead choose to resort to such tactics; if you do respond, don't worry, I won't have to run off to DNZ to ask how I should respond. But frankly I have already wasted entirely too much time on this, think what you will and consider the matter resolved.

As for the idiot comments, I heard it through word of mouth, so I'll drop it, although I'm far more likely to take the person who told me's word, before your own as they really have no reason to fabricate things. I'm also getting sick of the ad-hominems, you characterizing me as a mindless DNZ drone without the brain cells to do anything other then parrot the 'dear leader.' But whatever, if I am so mindless you'd think it would be easy to address and refute what I post.

Yes you calling me motherfucker was indeed flaming and I wasn't calling you intellectually dishonest on 'groundless premises' you were entirely distorting my opinion; stating that I think the RSDLP was a 'carbon copy' of the German SPD, which I have never once stated and ever afterwards further clarified my position. You may not have called me a sociopath directly, but you entirely alluded to it. You may have been only calling those who think that all of the deaths during the reign of terror were justified, sociopaths, however why even bring that up? Not one person in the thread supported that view. I honestly don't think that I have ever heard one person express the perspective and all you seemed to be attempting was attaching mental illness to a certain position you disagree with. It is entirely pointless.
