I've set up a site, complete with standalone forum space, for the purposes of engaging in group conversations/debate/discussions/complicity/conformity/orthodoxy/whatever, which I'd hoped would counter the "deadness" of RL groups (yours and mine included ; P)--anyway--send an email to admin@wikilution.info with the subject "Marx" if you're interested/curious in the least, most minute sense kind of thing.

I am fairly familiar with all those so called ultra-lefts, again as I said, I find that mileu rather dogmatic. The NEP was a stepping tonse essentially, which must be viewed in the greater picture, Lenin viewed it as a phase only lasting at most 1 or 2 years, in prepaing for the world revolution. Of course these are difficult questions, and I am a bit drunk so I'll get back to you on that. I hope I carried some points across in the venezuela thread.

I developed my views of the party, plus overall I find it to be a rather dogmatist mileu, ironically perhaps since it grew out of a, in some ways, non-dogmatic appreciation of marxism. In short, I came to appreciate Lenin more, in some ways councillism was my stepping stone into bolshevism from my previous anarcho-syndicalism. I also became much more politically active and joined the CWI.

I knew that Internationalism is not strictly Trotskyist, but its non Stalinist (for the most part). Im aware of Lenin's stance twards Left Coms and Anarchists, but I don't agree with him on everything.

    PS, thanks for the recommendation.

Well, I've been analyzing Left Communism and I can see some Trotskyist traits, such as Proletarian Internationalism. One of the major problems with Left Communism that I see is the Leninaphobia.

I might. I just find some problems with Left Communism. Though, im not one of those Ultra Leninists who want to purge all of the Anarchists/Left Coms off of the edge of the Universe. I think that we can work together.

Thanks man. I had a stint as a Left Com, but I soon fell out of grace with the whole Gorter circle.
