- I guess I call myself a progressive leftist. I'm basically attracted to this website because its full of leftwing people. I can't say I'm a communist, but all I can say is I support the idea of socialism AND democracy, I don't think people can ignore how interlinked they are. Since I joined revleft - I joined the 'Pan-Leftist group' - I think it's a good idea - because it's frustrating to see unhelpful negative exchanges on the left. I think discussion on the left is healthy and necessary. My support for gay rights, indigenous people, the environment, anti-racism, non-violence, the Palestinians and global respect - is unchangeable.
