Also, it seems, simply from reading bits & pieces here and there, that it's interlinked to Marxism, "radical emancipatory politics" and suchlike; have you got the time to briefly explain why? Yes, you're right of course. The Universities et al. are not run democratically at all and are part of the capitalist system. I'm well aware of the indoctrination that takes place in Universities etc.

I think I was actually trying to point out the bald faced fact that capitalism REQUIRES government to exist properly. Marx I believe essentially said the same thing. That the free-market, is, in a way, the government. The government exists to protect the property and manage the affairs of the capitalists.
