Top five reasons why Filipino migrant workers call to junk the World Trade Organization

    Junk WTO!

Stop the commodification of Filipino migrant workers!

    Scrap the labor export policy!

No to modern-day slavery! Migrants of the world, unite!

5000 workers leave Philippines each and every day. .Labour as a commodity--exported by a venal government as one might send crates of Tuna or Pineapple.

The protesters decried how the Aquino government continues policies which prefer to export labor, rather than create jobs at home, then neglects those who fall into trouble abroad, as highlighted by Mary Jane Veloso plight. - See more at:

    Radical Politics and General Elections
Just about 100 days before the British general election, Greece saw what is being touted as a radical party of the Left, Syriza, not quite achieving an overall majority. Two or three seats short, Syriza has to go in search of at least one coalition partner, and so the compromising begins.

CPBML Public Meeting, Wednesday 14 January, 7.30pm

Bertrand Russell Room, Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, London WC1R 4RL

We live in a world where workers now constitute the majority. And as workers we face the same enemy, a capitalist class which has claimed for itself the raw materials and the means of production, distribution and exchange. Migration is no solution. Neither are aid and charity. In each country ruled by capital, workers must settle accounts with their own ruling class if the world is to have a future.

    Come and discuss. All welcome.

fair enough old chap. carry on...just one more heave...before we all go over the clff....wait a mo....CLIFF and his fulltimers can never go out on strike....when I see a successful general strike some place on planet...I may change my mind.. Meanwhile guerilla struggle will have to suffice until then+blocking the road to ill considered actions that nay harm or impede workers.

Young fellow graduated that very day....takes time for a pic with his old man. A farmer evidently..a peasant. So a big day for father and son, quite some achievement...in truth the picture says it all.

Yo, so are you thanking the idlers post out of a general disaproval of SWP and SPEW or do you agree with him that socialists should not be organising in the unions for a general strike?
