Not at all, honestly. Amon Düül is the name of a long-running experimental rock group.

I asked a very similar question before, but you articulated it much better! I hope there's a lot of responses as I'm curious about this as well.

Can you PM me the answer to a question that has bugged me lately? I do realize that Stalin's USSR was ruled by a Bureaucracy that saught not to gradually diminish a need for itself, but more so to perpetuate itself; as a matter of greed, I read that the bureauocrats enjoyed splendid luxuries unknown to the common worker/peasant. How is it though, that the Bureaucrats managed to obtain these? Was there a system of exploitation that was around in which profits went to the Party? Please do elaborate, as I hate lingering questions, and who better to ask than fellow Trotskyist and bull-shark enthusiast A.R.Amisatd? By the way, did you name yourself after the slave ship that revolted?

"It is not difficult to be a revolutionary when revolution has already broken out and is in spate, when all people are joining the revolution just because they are carried away, because it is the vogue, and sometimes even from careerist motives. It is far more difficult—and far more precious—to be a revolutionary when the conditions for direct, open, really mass and really revolutionary struggle do not yet exist."
