How does the ICC reconcile the theory of the tendency to state capitalism with the rise of neoliberalism? Or am I misinterpreting the theory?

This is more serious than 68 was in Turkey not really comparable to May 68 in France, 69 in Italy etc.

Too soon to tell, of course, about how it will go however if the currently working part of the working class doesn't enter the struggle, there tends to be little chance for these struggles.

How optimistic are the comrades in Turkey feeling about this?

Can the recent event be compared to any historical precedent such as May 68 or are they merely a periodic outburst of rage akin to that of Greece 2008?

And, dare I ask, could this develop into a workers revolution?

    Political Statement
"The task for revolutionary groups today is the formation of cadres; a task that is less enticing, less concerned with easy, immediate and ephemeral successes; a task that is infinitely more serious; for the formation of cadres today is the precondition that guarantees the future party of the revolution." - Marc Chirik

" 'Order prevails in Warsaw!' 'Order prevails in Paris!' 'Order prevails in Berlin!' Every half-century that is what the bulletins from the guardians of 'order' proclaim from one center of the world-historic struggle to the next. And the jubilant 'victors' fail to notice that any 'order' that needs to be regularly maintained through bloody slaughter heads inexorably toward its historic destiny; its own demise...

The leadership failed. But a new leadership can and must be created by the masses and from the masses. The masses are the crucial factor. They are the rock on which the ultimate victory of the revolution will be built. The masses were up to the challenge, and out of this 'defeat' they have forged a link in the chain of historic defeats, which is the pride and strength of international socialism. That is why future victories will spring from this 'defeat.'

'Order prevails in Berlin!' You foolish lackeys! Your 'order' is built on sand. Tomorrow the revolution will 'rise up again, clashing its weapons', and to your horror it will proclaim with trumpets blazing: I was, I am, I shall be!" - Rosa Luxemburg

"In the name of a greater civilization, we curse those who for the sake of their ambitious dreams, brought about the massacre of so many young lives. No matter how brutal the crime, you will always get glorification of its heroism and tradition from the eunuchs of bourgeois culture." - Amadeo Bordiga
