Comrades, the time has come to throw off our petit-bourgeois ideology of self-emancipation of the working class and come to terms with the reality of modern world systems! The new revolutionary class, as indicated by the modern day Pravda, the Manchester Guardian, will be of middle class intellectuals who are turned off by moral relativism and look for rigid belief systems. While many on the left will dismiss their analysis as absurd pointing at how Marx’s words have been twisted so many times – from aliens to deflected permanent revolutions, however the forward thinking International Marxist Tendency, the true vanguard of the working (and middle) classes will unite behind any middle class Catholic, be they Bonapartist, Republican or Papal, who claims the heritage of Marx, Trotsky and Connolly! We are not afraid of the battle that is to come, and while other parties led by Taffite cowards are afraid to get their hands dirty, we know the true dialectic of progress (see page 4564, paragraph 6, sentence 5 of Reason in Revolt) and this shall lead us to ultimate victory.

Long live the revolution, long live the memory of Ted Grant!

Like it or not, religion will play a role in the revolution itself (the initial revolution). I'm not saying it will stick around forever, but it will be relevant especially as the most likely revolutions will occur in Central and South America. Highly religious, plus the birthplace of liberation theology.

So at the very least you will have to be polite.

I will laugh my ass off if the catholic church becomes a world wide liberation theology.
