Suppose there's a bigger political organization and there's an independent magazine and blogging grouplet owned by someone, working in an editorial capacity. At some point the two parties agree to the absorption of the media grouplet into the bigger political organization. Also at some other point, the owner of the media grouplet sells it to the bigger political organization, yet continues to work in an editorial capacity.
What is the class status of that someone in question?
