The link above is a PDF master file for WPA picket signs. Members, supporters and friends of the Party are encouraged to carry these signs in the various OWS/OT protests and events. Below is a set of standard instructions for making them into signs.
When you print these masters off, try your best to use a high-quality printer (laser is preferred over inkjet). You can then take them to a Staples or FedEx Office (FEO preferred) and have them enlarged on their oversize machine. You want them to be enlarged
250 percent; this way, they will fit on a piece of 22” x 28” poster board (the standard size you find at Wal-Mart, Staples, Office Depot, etc.) with only a small space between the edge of the sign and the edge of the board. It’s best to use rubber cement to glue the sign on to the board; glue stick tends to dry out and stop sticking in outdoor conditions. If you put them on sticks to carry, the sticks should be at least 45” long, to allow for a comfortable grip. If necessary, duct tape wrapped around one end of the stick works well for making a “softer” handle.
There are two versions of each of the eight signs in this file: one version is WPA in general; the other version is WPA Supporters’ Organization (16 pages total). If you’re doing signs on sticks, it’s best to put one sign on each side (staple the completed signs back-to-back at the corners and vertical middle-points, then staple to the stick at top, middle and bottom). They can go in any combination you wish.
