Another asian recipe i picked up along my travels..
Ingredients-
*Pork or Chicken Fillet- Diced.
*1 large onion.
*Half cupful soy sauce (preferably filipino marca pina brand)

*Half cupful vinegar (preferably filipino datu puti -sukang maasim brand)

*Chicken Stock
*Black pepper
*1 egg per person
*Rice.
Chop onion. Heat some oil on a pan and begin to simmer meat fillet along with onions.
Begin to boil rice and egg. Boil egg till it is hardboiled.
Mix the sauce of vineger and soy sauce (if possible try to get the suggested brands otherwise the quality of the sauce will be much inferior). 1 part of each, 1 cupful should be enough. Add it to meat and onions. Add about 1/3 cup chicken stock and give a generous sprinkle of black pepper. Continue to simmer till done.
Serve with rice and hard boiled egg.
