Whats so Socialist about National Socialism???

I believe that National Socialism is the biggest contradiction The world has ever known. Not only does this ideology support the far right but it has nothing to do with socialism at all! Why is that? Hitler knew that the Communist Party of Germany would soon come to power but he didn't want that to happen so to sway the peoples minds he called his party the National "Socialist" Party. -__- Comments?
