How did you find a book from Hoxha in dutch?

The 8 Nėntori Publishing House put stuff out in all sorts of languages. I don't think Dutch was one of them, but I think there was a pro-Hoxha party there in the 80's, and even then the 7th Congress of the PLA was the last one when Albania and China were allied, so some pro-Chinese guy could have translated it.

Possibly, after some searching I know that it was translated by a guy called E. steffens, there were 500 copies of it and it got financial support from the PLA and something called the Albanian Information Comittee.
